for a single 10x10, two artist per booth,

Includes: two artist wristbands and lanyards and

one additional wristband and lanyard for help.

for a double booth (2-10x10 booths)

Includes: four artist wristbands and lanyards and

two additional wristband and lanyard for help

- Piercing is allowed; however, permanent makeup artists are not permitted.

- It is important to have a valid Tattooing and/or Piercing License during the event.

In the event of being an out-of-state artist,

you will be required to purchase a temporary license

through the Oklahoma Health Department.
