Food Truck Registration

Food Truck Vending Fee is $100.

- Registration comes with 2 Vendor Passes.
- Electrical is not provided, a generator will be required to operate.
- Payment is required in full at the time of registration.

Vendor Registration

Booths are $250 for outside and $300 for inside for Vendors.

- The booths provided are 10 x 10.
- Booth registrations come with 2 Vendor Passes.
- You have the option to either pay in full at the time of registration or pay half at registration and the remaining amount 60 days prior to the event.

Vehicle Registration

Registration for the Car Show and Poker Run is $20 per Vehicle individually, or $30 per vehicle for both the Car Show and Poker Run together.

- One space in the Car Show is the equivalent of two parking lot sizes.
- Vehicle Registration comes with 1 VIP Pass, ONE additional pass can be added for $5.
- Payment is required in full at the time of reservation.

Tattoo Artist Registration

10 x 10 booths are $500

- The booths at the event can accommodate two artists each, with a size of 10 x 10. In the case of more than two artists, it will be necessary to purchase additional booths, for $500 per booth; Ex. 10 x 20 for $1000.
- Piercing is allowed; however, permanent makeup artists are not permitted.
- You have the option to either pay in full at the time of registration or pay half at registration and the remaining amount 60 days prior to the event.
- It is important to have a valid Tattooing and/or Piercing License during the event. In the event of being an out-of-state artist, you will be required to purchase a temporary license through the Oklahoma Health Department.

WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY PAPERWORK?
After your initial inquiry, kindly submit the completed forms to inksstreetsandbeats@gmail.com.

HOW DO I PAY?
When you submit your registration form, we will send your invoice to the email address you provided. You will have the option to make payment by clicking on the invoice link and using your card. If you haven't received the email within 2 days, please check your spam folder.

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY PAPERWORK?
Kindly notify us via email of any updates or changes regarding the information you wish to add or remove. Please reach out to us at inksstreetsandbeats@gmail.com.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Please kindly send an email to inksstreetsandbeats@gmail.com promptly upon becoming aware that you are unable to attend the event, expressing your request for cancellation. Please note that refunds are not available within 30 days prior to the event. However, if you are an Artist or Vendor and intend to participate in the event the following year, the amount paid can be transferred as a credit. We kindly request that you notify us immediately regarding your cancellation.

WILL I BE LISTED ON THE WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES?
Yes, your name will be included in the list of attending Food Trucks, Vendors, Vehicles, or Artists for the event. If you have been designated as a featured artist, your name will be highlighted as such, along with any other pertinent details that were previously discussed as a featured artist.

WHAT IS THE WAIT TIME ON RESPONSES?
We strive to provide prompt responses, aiming to address inquiries as soon as possible. In certain instances, our reply may take a maximum of 72 hours, without exceeding this timeframe.
